Spanktober #23: "Candles"

An early hurdle in the relationship came a few weeks in, when Crystal planned a romantic candlelit dinner for the two of them and Maria totally spaced it, missing their reservation entirely as she worked late. So, when Maria finally got off work and came over to apologize, Crystal made her feelings on the subject known through some replacement plans.

Marge's and Carlo's

After the neighbourhood renovation a few years ago, a bunch of small businesses moved in at once. Marge's Cafe was one of them. Carlo's Bar & Grill was another. Being just a few doors away from one another, the two of them were natural competitors for the daytime clientele. The rivalry got fierce, and eventually Marge and Carlo started pulling underhanded stunts to steal each other's customers.

Things came to a head when Marge went a little bit too far, and Carlo caught her flipping the "Yes We're Open" sign on his bar's door around just before the lunchtime rush. That was too much for him, and she was caught in the act with no excuses. All she could do was start shouting and hurling insults back at him, and in these circumstances that was more audacity than he could bear. He dragged the struggling Marge inside and let all his accumulated frustration out onto her generous bottom over the course of five full minutes of furious spanking. And then into it with the nearest foamy, ice-cold beverage on hand.

They came to a bit of an understanding after that. Specifically, they're married now, and both of their incorporated establishments are places where you really want to stay on your best behavior.

A Practical User's Guide to Tiffany

Rusty as hell. Trying to get my skills back up to snuff before resuming the scifi comic. For now, here's a little scene that I've been thinking about giving a full prose treatment to.

Latte

Mixing up the boss' coffee order is never a good idea. Doing so with the milk incident still fresh on everyone at the office's mind, and well...the results are pretty much inevitable.

At this rate, April's general ass-istant duties might start including this type of thing on a more regular basis.

As a startling coincidence, "Latte" happened to be one of the prompts for the Spanktober art challenge. Lucky I happened to see this just in time!

Guest Post: Words to the Wise

This autobiographical guest post was written by Courtney, who I've featured a few times in my work.

...

Heyo. Listen up, bitches and hos. I'm about to impart hard-earned wisdom.~

So, that's me today. It even has my name on it as proof.

Rewind, ohhh...I guess seven years-ish. This here was me in high school.

Some would say that my fashion sense got better since then. Others that it's just gotten more minimalistic. Anywho, if you check the APA, you'll see that full length jeans under a uniform skirt are a recognized symptom of low self esteem, anxiety, and just generally not dealing well with teenaged hormones. I didn't have many friends back then, and it makes sense, cause I don't think I'd have wanted to be friends with me either.

Anyway, my last year of high school brought some new things to think about. Like what the hell I was going to do afterward. Or what the world was even going to turn into when I'd start to, like, have choices in what I did in it. Or how hot our new principle was. I figure everyone else was wondering the first two things, but I know a lot of them were thinking the third one. Cause, like, I wasn't the only one staring.

I'm the only one doing it in the picture, but that's Leila's fault, not mine.~

From what I've been told, being unhappy makes you a total bitch in some circumstances. Like in homeroom. Or during lunch. Or during class. Or when you're asked about your homework not being in. So I've heard, at least. Getting back on topic, I got sent to the office kind of a lot in high school. Which kind of sucked. Buuuuuut, things were a little different my senior October. First paddling of the term - made it almost two whole months that time! - and first one from the new principle.

Couple things were different. First, I was completely fucking freaked out going in. Like, getting your ass paddled is bad enough. Having a crush on your principle is also pretty bad, at least if you're young and stupid and don't think you're attractive enough to make him commit a misdemeanor and lose his teaching cert even though you totally are. Getting paddled by the principle you're crushing on when you're convinced that you're a fat ugly cow thing? Rough collection of factors.

Thing is, when Friday rolled around, I could tell that's not what he thought, though he tried to stay business faced.

Not quite the reaction I used to get from the old lady who had his job before.

Also, she spanked like an old lady, being one and all. He...well, he was different. I'd heard stories about how much worse it was, but I really had no idea. He had me screaming in one lick, and dancing in three. And I can't dance, so you know he got me good. I like to think he gave it even harder to me than he did to most, despite his self control, but that might be giving myself too much credit too early on. I got five, and I didn't think it was possible a butt could have that much pain in it. Yeah, I was pretty dumb as a teen, I already admitted it.

Sooo, I slept on my stomach that night. After masturbating furiously, of course. By the night after, I'd learned to sleep on my back because that made it hurt more. Thing is, that didn't last forever. And when I saw him in the halls at school, I got hotter in the face than even before. And also, like, all tingly in the butt. And jumpy in the stomach. People say butterflies in the stomach, but for me it felt more like grasshoppers, because I'm special.

I wanted to see him get all flustered again. Buuut, I also didn't want to like, flunk out of high school and be a prostitute or whatever. I wanted to be a slut when I grew up, but not like, professionally, so graduating was important. I actually became a way better student, since there was someone I cared about impressing. But, I backtalked. I came late to classes that didn't dock us grade points for attendance. I lit cigarettes during lunch hour and just kinda stood around holding them until someone saw. Paddlings were a Friday thing at my school, so I usually waited until Wednesday or Thursday just to be efficient. Every other week the next month, starting as soon as my first bruises were gone. Then every week starting December. I spent my entire senior year of high school being in pain whenever I sat down.

I also learned that wearing a thong and nothing else under our skirts got us extras. So, every single Friday, that's what I wore. By the third week of March, I tried showing up to the office without doing anything wrong. Force of habit, he just took me in and paddled my ass till I screamed, and then a few more times after I was already screaming, no questions asked. He was also doing it harder than he started, I'm sure about that. And he was giving me more and more swats for smaller and smaller things. Including nothing. I only actually got sent to the office one more time that spring, but I got it just as bad every week.

Last day of the term was Tuesday. Graduation ceremony was Thursday the same week. I got my grades up to a B average, which was higher than they'd been before that year. That Friday, I was nervous. I know, right? Not something I've been very often since then. But, even though I knew it was a bad idea, and totally insane, I put my new and improved fashion sense to work and tried his address.

He answered the door. First time I ever saw him dressed casual. I just kinda stood there as he asked why I was there. I said "It's Friday." It was super awkward until grabbed me by the hair and dragged me inside.

I thought he'd given it to me before? He hadn't given me shit until that day in June.

He also took something from me, but I never missed it or anything. Really, he could keep it.

I told him I'd be back the next Friday. Or like. Every day. He wanted to agree with my prediction, but after struggling with himself for a while he said his wife would be pissed about that or something. What a bitch, right? How could he have even married someone like that?

Anywho, I didn't get any more spankings from him. But I got plenty of others that summer, since like, I wasn't too much of a pussy to ask for them from whoever. Started giving them too. Found out I was pretty good at that.

Soooooooo, what's the moral of all this? It has three morals, really. First, propriety is a lie and shame causes cancer, don't think about or feel either of them. Second, be the change you want to see in the world. Third, want the change you see in the world to be it filling up with fat-assed sluts. Follow the wisdom of Courtney's three rules, and you'll win the lottery or something.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.~

Social Distancing Montage

Hey all! Sorry for the long silence. I hope you're all healthy and doing okay.

So, as you might imagine, recent events have been putting a pretty restrictive limiter on my opportunity for candid portraiture. Luckily, over the last couple of weeks some of my friends who are fortunate enough to have someone to be socially distanced with have been kind enough to send me some selfies, GoPro recordings, and the like for me to draw from.

Special thank you's to all contributors! You guys and gals are the best. Meryl, you may want to check the video you sent me from around 3:45 onward, if you haven't already.

Guest Post: Two Sides of the Brush

This autobiographical guest post was written by Meryl, who's modeled for me a few times before.

...

I've always liked to collect things. Even as a schoolgirl, everyone called me a squirrel stashing things away for winter. My husband despairs at all the clutter I add to the house, year after year, but once one of my trinkets is mine I don't want to give it up. I feel like each of them says something about me, or in some cases several things about me. Just for example, take my maplewood hairbrush. I was thirty when I acquired it. The wood has a bright blonde finish that catches the eye, all round ovals and slender, curving lines. It fits so comfortably in the palm of my hand, or in the largest pocket of my purse, that you'd think it was made just with me in mind (it wasn't, in case you were wondering).

The front of the head is covered in soft, golden bristles, perfectly spaced, just rigid enough to catch one's hair and smooth it out without snagging or pulling, and silky soft to the touch. It's really a beauty to look at, or to feel. Every bristle in just the right place, evenly spaced, standing at attention and bright gold in color. It has the look and feel of comfort, yes, but also a sort of refined propriety. It's just as efficient at beautification as you'd think by looking at it.

The back of my hairbrush is the exact opposite of everything I just said. It's heavy, hard, and brutally thick, with an artless, swollen bulge in its oval frame. It makes an unpleasant, loud clunk or tap when I set it down against my nightstand or table. The veins in the wood are messy and wild beneath the varnish.

What do these things say about me? Well, this year my husband had to go away on business. Not the entire year, thankfully, but most of it. I work from home, our daughter moved away the year before last, and it gets so lonely and vacant with just me. So, with my husband's approval, I decided to host a pair of college students for the school year. For our proximity to the campus, and the quality of our accommodations, what I charge would be criminally low if the main agenda was profit rather than company. Come September, both freshman students were excited to meet me, and I them. Yoko and Rowan had never met before, but I scheduled to meet them both on the same day; I wanted to make sure they'd get along with each other as well as with me, of course!

Yoko was full of as much confidence as her dainty frame could hold, and she charmed me immediately with her good manners. I could tell right away that we were going to be fast friends for the coming nine months, if not afterward as well! The first thing I noticed about her, aside from the winsome smile, was her hair. Yoko has the most perfect, lustrous, gleaming black hair hanging down past the middle of her back. She had it perfectly smooth, swept back, and tightly braided, with the ribbons in an elegant little knot.

Rowan tried, I could tell. He was nothing but good intentions under that nervous exterior. But the way he came off was, well...less put together, shall we say. He forgot his ID on the bus coming here, and I had to make several phone calls before he got it back. Unlike Yoko, who immediately bore all her things off to her room, Rowan had to be reminded of the backpack he'd left by the front door. He was earnestly sorry for everything, and ashamed of the impression he thought he was making, but actions speak for themselves. Rowan's hair was almost as long as Yoko's when he first arrived, but the first thing I noticed about the boy was a bit further down the back, and far less delicate in presentation, which just matches him so perfectly.

The first two weeks came and went, and the three of us got to know each other. Before October came near, Yoko was already becoming the little sister I always wanted. She was always right there to help with the housework before I could even ask, and she asked all about me and myself her. Soon, we were spending some time every day chatting out in the sun or by the window. Talking about her classes, my work, movies, music, and eventually boys in her class.

Around the same time that we started feeling comfortable enough with each other to discuss that last topic, I began brushing her hair. Yoko's silky mane is as black as a night sky without the moon or stars, and when brushed and smoothed down it gleams in the light like polished obsidian. Whoever cut her hair knew exactly what they were doing; every strand is exactly the length it needs to be, with perfect symmetry and balance. The firm, yellow strands of my brush catch them with ease, and they cooperate so readily as I bring them to their purest shine. Sometimes she wants me to put it up in a bun. Sometimes braids, pigtails, ponytails, or loose waves. Sometimes Yoko just lets me do what I will, and we chat and giggle as if I were eighteen again myself. When we go out shopping or moviegoing or even just sightseeing, Yoko is always the picture of cosmopolitan refinement, and her dressed and bound hair is a small - but very important - part of that.

I don't have many common interests with Rowan, though he's a smart enough boy. He does have a fondness for gardening, but I'm very particular about how my rooftop garden is arranged and cared for, and prefer to keep that work to myself. He helps around the house when asked, but he forgets things all too easily, and tends to make new messes as quickly as he cleans them. I started with rolling eyes, impatient sighs, and the occasional pointed glare over pursed lips. I told him I was going to have to take more drastic measures with him soon, and though he babbled out his assurances to the contrary it wasn't yet the second week of October when I had reason to take him to task.

The back of my maplewood hairbrush is a fat, thick, heavy round thing, and perfect for a pair of fat, thick, heavy round bottom cheeks. Even in his looser denim shorts, you can always see the shape of that boy's caboose. No matter how inappropriate to the time and place, it's always just sticking out there, bouncing with each step and bulging up like a big, tangly weed whenever he picks up something he dropped, which happens frequently (and I've never seen a young man wear his "freshman fifteen" quite so well). Along with the long hair and small frame, it's a contributing factor to people mistaking him as a girl, but not the dainty and lovely kind of girl like my little baby sister Yoko! It's an improper bottom, on an improper boy, and it invites every last bit of my own impropriety. We're all cruel, savage, greedy creatures, underneath the mask of society. After that first time I pulled Rowan over my knee, I knew I would do it again very soon. He would annoy or irritate me, and I would vent that other side of me and his juicy, bouncy cheeks. The rooftop garden ended up becoming our little spot after all, but not for the reasons one might normally think.

After every punishment, with his eyes wild and teary and his bottom cheeks as bright a glowing red as my favorite dress, he'd swear to never require another reminder. He always did, though. I made sure of it! There was always something wrong with how my scattered, disorganized, bubble-bottomed renter did something, even if I had to look harder as October moved on by. This isn't a part of me that can be reasoned with, after all. There's no fairness or understanding in how I treat Rowan. At least once a week, and usually more, I'd have that tushy over my lap and reduce the boy attached to it to something as wild-eyed and savagely howling as my own id. I made sure Yoko wasn't home whenever I spanked Rowan. For her, I'd be nothing but a sweet, caring, and worldly hostess.

When he didn't resist, or show any sign of trying to relocate, I started moving forward. I'd set higher and higher expectations for him - all completely disproportionate to what I asked of Yoko, and justified by all the nuisance Rowan had been so far - and soon I could always count on having a reason to punish him when I wanted to. Not all punishments are as severe, of course, but there's no such thing as a "minor" spanking with my maplewood hairbrush! Most times, I work those naughty cheeks over with my hand until Rowan is squealing and squirming before the brush even comes out to banish his buttocks to the flames of hell where they deserve to be, for my amusement. He could have left at any time, of course, but he didn't. The fact that I started wearing shorter skirts and lower cut tops when I invited him up for our non-negotiable rooftop chats may have had something to do with that. I wasn't thinking of that at the time, though; I just dressed that way because I loved watching him go red faced and nervous when confronted with my scantily-clad self holding the hairbrush, and luxuriated in the way I forced his eyes to linger on me. Knowing I can make a young boy salivate does help me cope with being forty-nine, and Rowan's spankings are my time for shameless self indulgence!

Feeling more of his bare skin against mine when he bent over my thighs was also a contributing factor to my wardrobe choices for "tushy time" as well, I can't pretend otherwise.

Things came to a head after Thanksgiving, when it was too cold and wet to use the rooftop and I'd taken to keeping things indoors. Rowan always had an eye for Yoko, and he was spending more and more time with her after classes. I can hardly blame any young man for being interested in her, but I absolutely blamed Rowan for it! For one thing, I just didn't want these wires crossing. It would just pain me to see Yoko's childlike gaiety entwined with Rowan's lewdness and crudeness! For another, I was jealous, and while I'd normally never let such base impulses control me, Rowan and I had an established relationship revolving around just that.

I don't know how interested Yoko might have been, when he started making his advances more openly. I think she was considering it, if perhaps not all that seriously. I know Yoko prefers bigger, manlier boys, and even his new haircut and gym regimen didn't quite make Rowan into one. Regardless, I wasn't about to take the chance! The instant I had Rowan and the house to myself, I dragged him into my room and told him very, very clearly that he wasn't going anywhere near Yoko! It also just so happened that this was the perfect time of year to use some of that fresh, juicy ginger I'd been growing last year. Rowan's rump had been spanked plenty of times before I got my hands on it, but it had never known the agony of a plump carved ginger root working together with my hairbrush! He whimpered, squeaked, and begged like never before, all to no avail as I spanked and paddled that flame-filled fanny to my heart's content.

Now, I might be deliberately uninhibited when it comes to Rowan and that naughty bottom of his, but I still understand that actions have consequences. There wasn't exactly a good reason for me to object to his pursuit of Yoko, and I needed to give him something. Of course, I'd also been needing someone to give me something for those last few months, and I think we both got what we required.

Rowan seemed to think that I'd be less harsh with him after that evening, the silly boy. Instead, well, I practically made him my slave! I don't have to justify anything to him anymore, so I stopped. If he does everything perfectly, gets perfect grades, and does all his chores, he still gets a long, hard, bare-bottomed spanking over my lap if I feel like giving him one, and I often do! If he causes me any grief, falls short in his studies, or (worst of all) does anything to upset my precious Yoko, then he just gets an even harder one, with a significantly lower chance of an extended bedroom stay and a slightly higher chance of ginger.

Yoko and Rowan came back from winter break just a month ago, and things haven't changed a bit over their December/January absence. Yoko and Rowan are friendly with each other, but they don't interact all that often. He has his friends, and she has hers. She has her alone time with me, and he has his alone time with me. Both sides of my complicated little maple knick-knack have their perfect places, and equal time to shine.

I suppose I'll just have to see where things go and how they change when my husband comes home this May.

You're Still My Stepdaughter

She was away at school all semester. So, before she returns in a few days for the spring term, Diane made sure she got at least one chance to give her stepdaughter a really, really good one.

Better Luck Next Time

I got this one down a couple months ago, but I didn't get a chance to touch it up until now.

I happened to see that girl who Pietro helped to educate a while ago back in September again later in the fall. She seemed to have really, really liked what she saw back then, because she was strutting around that dockside bar just DARING guys to give her attitude. She eventually succeeded in baiting one, and went for her hairbrush just a little too eagerly. And, well, he took her out onto the back deck, where it turned out she still had a lot to learn about dominance!

Hopefully this setback doesn't discourage her from giving it another try sometime. Finishing this drawing reminds me that I do know where her sister lives, at least. Maybe I should stop by and ask how things have been since?

Double Dose

I drove Perry in for an exam earlier this week. We won't get into his medical situation, but it's nothing too serious, don't worry. 😄 It seemed like pretty smooth sailing, but then he somehow managed to knock over a sample jar and broke it while the nurse was doing his job. We both helped clean it up, but poor nurse Pietro told him that he wasn't going to get away with his carelessness unpunished, and that it would probably be in his best interest to let him take care of it instead of letting the doctor take it upon herself.

I've never seen that boy on the giving end before, so this was an interesting turn of events, albeit a tragically ironic one. Because, well...despite Pietro's best efforts, it didn't make a difference.

Oh well.~

Management Decisions

It's been a while since I checked in on April at her new job. It turns out I was just in time to catch a new development!

Spoiled little whiner that she is, April complained to the boss about the office manager allegedly punishing her unfairly. A quick look at the picture is all it should take to fill you in on whose side he took.

"Fake Geek Girl"

A customer at the comic shop Ellie recently started working at was skeptical about her field credentials, and reacted poorly when she proved that this was not the case. Too bad he'd already agreed to a bet with rather humiliating consequences for the loser.

Our Own Private Waitress

So, the party on Saturday. Brianna and Genie asked if they could bring an extra, and were told they could, and apparently Brianna shot an invitation to that girl she babysat this summer. Said girl had apparently been anxious to hear from her again, and accepted.

Younger as she is though, Heather did strike the rest of us as rather immature. When the alcohol came out, and Brianna told her she would not be breaking the law by allowing a minor to partake, she threw a total fit. The cure to that - which Brianna absolutely, definitely, 100% wasn't expecting and working toward all along - was a bare bottomed hairbrushing in front of everyone. On Genie's suggestion, Brianna kept her pants, panties, and shoes after that, and - since she needed SOMETHING to do while everyone else was drinking - put her to work serving the rest of us. Mature and compassionate crowd that we are, I can assure you that no one took the opportunity to tease or humiliate Heather as she served us, and no one even thought of grabbing, pinching, or slapping her swollen red caboose as she walked by.

Sad to say, I was a bit late to the party myself, and missed the initial drama. When Brianna saw how put out I was over this though, she grabbed our little bare-bottomed waitress and pulled her right back over her lap for another hairbrushing just like the first, purely for my entertainment. She's such an amazing friend!

Volunteer Teaching Assistant

In a continuing demonstration of the hornet principle, the sound of Pietro's roommate related misfortunes were apparently overhead by the tenants in the apartment below. And, today, when I was helping Pietro carry some groceries upstairs, one of the downstairs neighbors in question poked her head out and told him she had a favor to ask. Apparently, her little sister keeps letting boys walk all over her, and she wanted to teach her how to deal with inconsiderate boys. And, since there's a boy handy who's not a complete stranger to corporal punishment, she was wondering if he could be her...shall we say...teaching assistant.

Pietro was ambivalent, but when I promised to bring the rest of the groceries up by myself in exchange for a front row seat...well, he might have started regretting it after the paddle came out, but I certainly didn't.
